Failure to abide by the DHRP registration and account security terms will constitute a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. Further, DHRP reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel a user’s account at its sole discretion.

All content you submit to DHRP by any means, whether by way of reviews, comments, or ratings and publicised on our website you own and grant DHRP non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free rights and license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify and display such content in all forms of media.

All content you submit shall be your own and shall not in any manner be an infringement on any other parties’ rights. You must not submit any, abusive, defamatory, unlawful pornographic, or obscene content or any material that violates any applicable laws.

DHRP will not be responsible or liable for any user-generated content including, without limitation, any errors or omissions, or inaccuracies, nor for any damage or loss sustained by the use of any such content submitted and made available to DHRP. 

Furthermore, DHRP reserves the absolute right to remove any content you submit from this website at any time, at our discretion, without notice.

DHRP is not liable for any loss or damage caused by any virus or other harmful or malicious technology that may infect your computer equipment or data resulting from your use of our website.

Jurisdiction and applicable law 

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted following the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria.
