User Interface

Project Timesheet:

The project timesheet is the timeline of the user’s shafts of working on it. With this feature, the user is enabled to view their timesheets and keep track of their working hours. Users can access the timesheets in draft or review, check the approved timesheets, and create a new timesheet when needed.  This feature lets users stay aware of their working hours against each project, giving you a more sorted view of your timesheets.

One can upload, download, delete, and share these attachments with other team members. Or they might maintain the receipts of the expenses, which might later be attached to the expense reports for expense claims through this very app.

Competencies

Competencies serve as a significant feature where the employee can add additional information like completed courses, education, position, and previous project experiences to complete their profile information. Whereas a user can conveniently track their loaned equipment and signing limits assigned to them by the organisation.

The employee can add, edit, or change the provided information whenever needed, which will be reverted to D365 displaying the updated records for HR. This streamlined accessibility fosters efficient management by ensuring that relevant employee records are easily accessible whenever needed.

A user looking for new roles can regularly look for open vacancies as it shows the list of Open Jobs that fit their needs and apply accordingly. Users can review the list and see the job requirements, including qualifications and skills. Once they comprehend the details, they can apply for the job and elevate the position.
