Dynamics 365 Banking Connector simplifies the process of fetching and displaying bank data by using a secure token system. It also incorporates custom APIs and automated batch jobs. It streamlines the often complex task of managing financial information from user-relative banks.

Begin your journey by seamlessly accessing the “DHRP Banking Inquiry” form. You can find it in a Cash and Bank Management module, as shown in the screenshot:

Effortless Navigation

Establish a connection between your bank account to your system

You need to connect your system to the account to start the bank inquiry. 

In the Process Group, you’ll find a button called “Link Account.” This button is how you connect the account you want to link to your system smoothly. You’ll typically only need to do this once unless you’re adding new accounts or updating your credentials.

Steps to complete the account connection

A prompt emerges upon clicking the “Link Account” button, demanding your affirmation. Verify by simply confirming.

Confirmation Protocol

After confirming, you’ll see an interface where you can enter your bank account details, choose the account type, and carefully review your entered information.

Data Entry and Verification

If you click “OK” to proceed, a well-designed third-party interface will appear. Here, you can find and link your relevant bank accounts and any data you need against the account.

You can search for your financial institution, enter the necessary credentials, and complete the process by clicking the “Submit” button.

After submission, you’ll be asked to select the specific data you’re interested in. Once you’ve made your choice, click “Next” to continue.

In the next screen, thoroughly verifying your accounts or account list is crucial. The final step is to save your selections by clicking “Save & Finish.”

Once you’ve completed the process, our system will smoothly take you back to where you started within the third-party interface.

Streamlined Batch Operations

DHRP Fetch Bank Data module allows you to fetch data, including user ID, savings account details, currency, and everything about the account. How to reach it? Follow the steps below:

Navigate to Cash and Bank Management -> Periodic Task -> DHRP Batch Jobs -> DHRP Fetch Bank Data.
