Private Organization was facing issues with integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems. DHRP’s approach to addressing the major challenges faced by this organization with their previous system, Microsoft Dynamics 365, involved implementing various modules and functionalities, as well as providing a dedicated mobile app with various HR and project management functionalities.
DHRP implemented a project forecasting module to help Private Organizations better manage their projects and resources. This module allows the company to forecast project timelines, budgets, and resources and make informed decisions based on these forecasts.
DHRP also implemented a cashflow forecasting module to help them better manage their finances. This module allows them to forecast cash inflows and outflows and make informed decisions based on these forecasts.
DHRP implemented AP automation through OCR to help the company streamline its accounts payable processes. This module allows them to automate the process of capturing invoice data, reducing manual data entry and errors.
DHRP implemented an employee travel expense management module to help them manage employee expenses better. This module allows employees to submit expense claims through a mobile app and allows managers to approve or reject these claims.
DHRP also provided the company with their own advanced banking module to help them better manage their banking transactions. This module allows them to manage their bank accounts, transactions, and reconciliations, all within Dynamics 365.
DHRP provided a dedicated mobile app with various HR and project management functionalities. This app allows employees to submit timesheets, manage projects, and submit expense claims, among other things. It also allows managers to approve or reject these submissions, providing various HR functionalities like onboarding and offboarding employees.
DHRP’s implementation of their dedicated mobile app for the Private Organization, which works on iOS and Android, has brought several positive outcomes and benefits. The app provides a range of functionalities that allow users to efficiently manage various aspects of their projects, HR processes, and employee self-service.
One of the key results of implementing the mobile app is improved project management. Users can easily track and manage project timesheets, project management tasks, and project expense claims. This streamlines project-related processes and enhances overall project management efficiency.
Additionally, the mobile app enhances HR and payroll functionalities. The app is still under development, but once it’s ready company can reap all the benefits.
