1. INTRODUCTION #

Dynamics 365 uses user licenses to provide access to your organization. You need one user license per person with an active user record who logs into your organization. When you hire an employee, the new user account needs to be created for that employee.

2. CREATE USER FOR WORKERS #

2.1 PROCESS STEPS #

Step 1: Go to System administration and click Users under Users.

Navigation

System administration>Users>Users

Step 2: On the action pane, click New.

Step 3: Under User details fast tab, fill in the following information:

1)      User ID

2)      Username

3)      Email

4)      Company

5)      In “Provider” box, at the end of the given URL, “pau.com.au” needs to be written.

6)      Click the dropdown of person, and select the specific person

Step 4: Under “User’s roles” fast tab, click Assign Roles.

Step 5: A new side form will open, select the required roles. Click ok.

Step 6: To get similar roles from another user as template, select the required ID. You can see the roles assigned to it. Select all of some of them and click Ok.

Step 7: Click Save.
