This manual focuses on creating increment for a worker.
2. CREATE INCREMENT #
2.1 INCREMENT IN FAR #
2.1.1 PROCESS STEPS #
Step 1: Go to Human resource module and click Employees under Workers.

Human resources>Workers>Employees
Step 2: From the list of all employees, click the specific worker whose compensation plan is being Incremented.
Step 3: Now, Click Compensation fast tab. And under Employee compensation, click Fixed plan.
Step 4: On Action pane click “Update compensation” dropdown and then select “Update current compensation”.
Step 5: A new side form will open and edit the Expiration date accordingly. Now, click OK.
Step 6: Now, click New on the Action pane and select the details according to the requirement. And click OK.
Step 7: Populate the following information:
- Action
- Position
- Plan
- Pay rate
And click OK.
An increment in FAR is now created for the worker.
2.2 PROMOTION #
2.2.1 PROCESS STEPS #
Step 7: Go to the worker who is to be promoted.
Step 8: On action pane, click “End assignment” under Position assignment in worker tab.
Step 9: A new side form will open and add the required Assignment End date. Click Retire worker assignment.
Step 10: On the action pane, click “Add assignment” under Position assignment in worker tab.
Step 11: A side form will open and select the required “Assignment start date” and “Position”. Click “Create Position Assignment”.
Step 12: Now, user will Go and expire the current compensation plan of the worker. Now, on the action pane click New, a side form will open and select the new position and other specific details of worker as explained in earlier steps. Click OK.
