1. INTRODUCTION #
Incentive pay is a financial reward for performance rather than pay for the number of hours worked.
2. ADD INCENTIVE TO A WORKER #
2.1 PROCESS STEPS #
Step 1: Go to the Human resources module and click Employees under Workers.
Navigation:
Human resources>Workers>Employees
Step 2: Click on relevant worker and add the Earning code of “Incentive Pay” by going to his/her profile.
Step 3: Scroll down to the “Payroll Earning codes” fast tab and add the “Incentive Pay” Earning code. Enter the required amount and Effective date. Now, click Save.
Step 4: Now, User will follow the payroll process that is explained in Checklist and complete pay run through payroll management workspace manual or payroll process for a single worker manual.
