This task focuses on the creation of a new job. It will be completed using manual entry and copy from template functionality.
2. CREATE PROFILE #
2.1 PROCESS STEPS #
Step 1: Go to Time and attendance module and under Setup click Profiles under Time profiles.

Time and attendance>Setup>Time Profiles>Profiles
Step 2: On Action pane, click New.
Step 3: Add Profile and description.
Step 4: Select Weekday and click Save.
Step 5: Under Profile, click New.
Step 6: For a standard profile, select the type, start time and End time according to requirement.
Step 7: To copy this profile from one day of the week to another day, click “Copy day” in Action pane. A side window will open and turn the toggle bars for required days to Yes. Then click Ok.
Step 8: On Action pane, click Save.
