1. INTRODUCTION #
A pay cycle determines how often payroll is run and the specific days that workers are paid. For example, a pay cycle is monthly, and employees are paid on the last day of the month. Alternatively, a pay cycle is weekly, and employees are paid on the Tuesday after the end of the pay period.
2. Change a pay cycle of an employee #
2.1 PROCESS STEPS #
Step 1: Go to the Payroll module and under Workers click Contractors.

Payroll>Workers>Contractors.
Step 2: In the details of your relevant worker, click Worker position assignment under the Worker tab on the action pane.
Step 3: A page carrying the details of the position assignments of the relevant worker will open. Click on the position as highlighted in the screenshot.
Step 4: Click on the Changes timeline dropdown. Select Manage changes.
Step 5: Go to the payroll tab and edit the pay cycle by clicking on the Edit button.
Step 6: Select the relevant pay cycle from the drop-down. Click Save.
