1. INTRODUCTION #
In HR for Dynamics, a convenient self-service portal is available to all employees and managers. Employees can now enter their own attendances, absences, activities, travel expenses and receipts without having to go through the HR department. They can also check their remaining leave days and change master data such as bank details. Each employee should update his/her skills, certificates, education, and professional experience.
2. WORKER SELF SERVICE (MANAGER VIEW) #
2.1 PROCESS STEPS #
Step 1: Go to Workspaces and then click Worker Self Service.

Workspaces>Worker Self Service
Step 2: Manager will see the following page:
Step 3: Managers can edit their personal details by clicking “Edit Personal Details” under their designation on the top left of the page.
Step 4: Under “Addresses tab”, manager can add, remove, or edit their Address by clicking ADD.
Step 5: Under “Contact details” tab, user can add, remove or edit their contact details.
Step 6: Under “Personal contacts” tab, user can add contacts of their dependents or beneficiary in case of Emergency.
Step 7: Under “Identification numbers” tab, user can add or edit their Identification numbers.
Step 8: Similarly, under “My Payment Method” tab, manager can add his/her bank information.
Step 9: Under “Image” tab, manager can add/remove his/her picture. Now, close the page.
Step 10: Under “Summary”, manager can access and view four tiles:
1) Work items assigned to me (All the work items that are assigned to manager, can be seen there).
2) Questionnaires assigned to me (All the Questionnaires that are assigned to manager can be viewed there).
3) Company Directory (Contact information of all the workers is there in Company Directory”)
4) Open jobs (Open jobs in the company are there)
Step 11: Manager can access following fields in ‘My Career Information ‘through Worker Self Service (ESS).
1)Leave
2)Attendance
3)Compensation
4)Attachments
5)Pay Statements
Step 12: In ‘Additional Information’ through Worker Self Service (ESS).

c) Competencies
d) Organization
e) Questionnaire
Step 13: Click on “My Team” tab, manager can view his/her team members and their details in summary tab.
